All orders are packed by our warehouse team and are dispatched the following business day. Eg. Place your order on Monday, our team fulfill the order on the same day and is collected Tuesday (the following business day).

In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 1-2 days in the greater North Island and South Island. Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.
We use DHL Express for all our International tracked orders as they offer a real-time tracking service with notifications to all customers. Their services ranges from Overnight (metro area) to 4 days (being rural areas) and orders are delivered directly to your door!
